God is the same God now as he was when he lead the isralites out of capitivity,knocked the walls of jerico down,same God that rained down fire and brimestone and distroyed sodom and gamora,parted the red sea,kept moses alive when he was a baby.God of Abraham,Isaac,and jacob!what a mighty God we serve!! He's an amazing God huh,but do we trust him completely,with our everything? God told Abraham to sacrifice his only son Isaac,and he was determined to do it,knife in hand,wow.Can i do that? Do I have that kinda trust,where im willing to sacrifice it all without trying to compromize with God?but instead,obey Him? haha well just something ive been thinkin about:) yall are in my prayers i love you guys,cya later!and ill end with this: Trust God. Can anyone help?

My older sister is struggling with believing the Bible is untrue. She has seen several science videos and shows that try to prove the bible wrong. She is confused about the truth and definatly needs our prayers. I am really worried about her and her family they are heading for disaster and don't see it coming. If any of you know any good points or versus in the Bible or anything that may help her to see the truth i would really appreciate your help. But if not than please just pray for her a lot because that is what she needs the most.

Sunday Night w/ Calvary

I think we will all agree that last sunday night was awesome! I had so much fun!! Yes, I ended up getting a bruise on my head and several others did too (I'm not even going to mention kevin and his battle marks! ) But in all the night was great! Thanks for what you do Kevin. ---P.S. Rachelle its okay you wont melt in the rain!!! (WATER! WATER!!)

Be Bold for Christ

Hey guys I just want to encourage all of you to continue to be great witnesses For the Lord! It does get harder to live a life for Christ when most of the students at school are heading in the opposite direction. I want you all to know that I am continually praying for you. I love you all and I know that you are all capable of doing wonderful and awesome things with the Lord leading you. I know that it is easy to get away from praying every day and reading the Bible every day and from having a close relationship with God. I want to challenge you to not lose the things but to continue to grow closer to God. If you need to make yourself a check list and put it on your bathroom mirror, in your car, in your locker and anywhere else that you will see regularly.
1. Have I spoken to God today?
2. Have I read Gods word today?
3. Have I taken the time to listen to Him today?
4. Have I shown Love to others?
5. Have I allowed God to use me?

I hope that you all will pray about this and take it seriously.

Youth Night!!!

I am looking forward to Youth Night this Sunday, it was kool how we got everything together like we did Wednesday. I think it is going to be really good because it reflects back on everything we learned this Summer. out with the old, in with the new. 2 Corinthians 5:17. See you guys Sunday.

So, the other night when i was getting ready to go to bed, Audrea came into my room, all excited, and told me she had just thought of something. This is what she said:

"Life is like a man walking blindfolded on a tight rope...he has to trust God to take his foot and place it where it needs to go."

Well, I thought it was an awesome saying, so i wrote it down and then a little bit later it came to me, so i ran and told Audrea what i had thought of, to add to her quote...

"There is only one way for that man to go, and that is with God...any other way would make him fall."

So remember to let God lead you where he wants you to go because you don't want to trust yourself and fall off the tight rope!
